Grace Ryan plummets into a drum of radioactive super intelligent ants. However, she’s not the only one to take a fall, as the excess weight collapses the upper catwalk of the Annihilatrix. The Xtcles, using their jet boots, take Xander away. There is an awkward silence in the local emergency room where everyone from the Annihilatrix incident has suffered some kind of wound (Simon only has a minor scrape). Watley and Phil get into an argument resulting in Killface blaming Phil for everything that went wrong with the Annihilatrix. Grace Ryan, glowing green from the radioactive waste, exchanges awkward glances with Killface and Simon. As soon as the nurse enters the room Killface, despite having a pipe through his chest, demands that Simon be treated first. There’s just one little problem: Killface’s insurance has expired leaving all of his crew without medical care. Killface angrily leaves the room to go use the payphone and conveniently neglects to discuss Phil’s workman’s comp insurance. Watley’s relieved to know that he’s covered, as long as the doctors can figure out a way to not treat Phil, who’s impaled on Watley’s lobster claw. Killface tries to straighten out his insurance situation over the phone, but is redirected to a call center in India that wants him to pay up on a previous bill. Elsewhere in India, the call center guy who cut off Killface brags about his skills, particularly the moment he cut off Killface. Back at the hospital, a doctor informs Grace Ryan that radioactive ants are eating parts of her brain. At the payphone Killface, enraged by the bill collector he previously argued with, demands to speak to a supervisor at the insurance company. Meanwhile, the doctor explains the potential scenarios to Grace, particularly the one where she’s Keela, Queen of the Lost City of Ants…
Killface is shocked to learn that his insurance is a part of the Crews Company. Naturally he tries to call Xander himself, but Stan (in a wheelchair) is the only one there to reply, informing Killface that Crews is missing. Back in the observation room, the doctor is still explaining his queen of the ants theory to Grace; he informs her that according to the drawings she will live. Simon, still in the waiting room, repairs Sinn’s robotic arm; Sinn is ecstatic to see that Watley is okay after the operation to remove his claw from Phil, much to the dismay of Simon. Phil also survives the operation only to find out he has an inoperable tumor…everywhere. The doc has an illustrated theory, but Grace quickly tells him to shut up. In a fit of anger, Killface bursts into the room, having removed the pipe from his chest himself. The doctor makes a joke about it, but Killface is in no laughing mood, smashing the pipe across the doctor’s head. Killface vows that he will kill Xander Crews, much to the protests of Grace; Killface tells Grace that Xander doesn’t care about her. When Killface hears the news of Phil’s cancer, he’s not surprised and is amazed that Phil wasn’t dead already from his lousy diet. Sinn believes that Phil should get treatment, but Killface denies the request and blames the whole thing on Xander. The Xtcles on the other hand, have other plans for Crews: namely beating him until he gives them a pay raise, insurance, and flex hours. Looking for a quick escape, Xander offers to give them exactly what they want, but he has to make a call to Stan first. Crews doesn’t get the answer he was looking for from Stan, in fact Stan declares Xander legally dead. As second in command of the Crews Company, Stan assumes control of the company in Xander’s “absence”, leaving Xander to outwit the Xtcles himself, who are just a trigger pull away from killing him…

Xtcle: “I’m gonna punch him so frickin’ hard.”
Xtcle: “I’m gonna blow him. UP! What? Queers!” –“Yeah, some flex hours bitch!”
Stan: “Me. I am laughing.”
Xtcle: “So you want in the face or..?"
Xander: “No no, not my handsome face!” –Xander
